Last week-end I took a glitter class in the Smokey Mountains (it was a great visit with wonderful fall weather). We used an amazing super fine glitter that after it's applied is smooth as velvet. And, it doesn't shed a bit of glitter after it's applied. The glitter is made by Elizabeth Crafts Have you tried it yet? The technique I learned may have been around for a while but I really enjoyed the class. The glitter is applied to stickers after mounting onto double sided sheets of sticky paper. On my sample card shown on my 10/15 positing and in the FREE DIGI section of my web page, there's a sample card using glitter glue to highlight the creases in the pumpkin. NOT the same thing!
Here's an idea....Try cutting the sections of the pumpkins and glittering (with micro fine glitter) each pumpkin section. Then apply a pop dot to each pumpkin section and adhere to the top of the digi print. I haven't tried this yet but I know it will look amazing.
Look for a post late tomorrow showing my 3-D Glitter Pumpkins!
Y'all come back now!
