Cake It Is....

A few weeks back I made a cake that tasted as good as it looks.   I served the cake to my book club ladies.  It's called Strawberry Margarita cake. The cake is made with a cake mix. Although I prefer my cakes made from scratch, I thought this would be a quick desert for my hosting.   Instead of the water used in making the cake you replace the liquid with Strawberry Margarita Mix (non-alcoholic mix).  It gives the cake a slight strawberry flavor and a pretty pink color. The icing I used was cool whip mixed with grated lime.  I topped the icing with strawberries and more lime shavings.  Yum.....
