I'm not sick. Just trying to "Feel Better" about the MESS my neighborhood squirrel left on my deck. Mister Messy Squirrel managed to pull down my bird feeder by breaking the chain that holds the feeder to the deck. The feeder was made of bronze and glass. Of course when it hit the ground, about a 12 ft. drop, it shattered everywhere. Mr Messy Squirrel got spooked and ran along my deck rail and knocked over all my railing planters, grabbed onto the porch screen, ran up the drain spout and onto the roof top. He knocked over my planters spilling dirt and geraniums everywhere. His tracks of mud were left on my screens. Cleaning my furniture, grill, tables, carpet, the glass, and his mud tracks took most of the afternoon. Then add a few more hours to dry everything out, repot my flowers and refill another bird feeder. Mr. squirrel is in serious trouble. My Dog, Mr. Buster is on the look-out for him! I will say, I haven't seen the fat little darling eating out of the bird feeder again!
