Did you know that there are more than 3,000 varieties of tea? Tea is cultivated from the Camelia Sinensis plant which is grown around the world, mostly in Asia and tropical areas. Four different type teas are made from this plant based on how they are processed. There is white, green, oolong, and black tea. White tea is unoxidized and black tea is fully oxidized. Green and oolong teas fall in between the two. Tea is my favorite beverage. I prefer black tea iced with lemon or orange slices but I'll drink any good tea. Tea is the most consumed beverage in the world after water.
