Summer is perfect for having picnics. Where I live, many of us gather outside at the picnic pavilion and share our covered dishes. Doesn't the food always taste better when someone else does the cooking? Well, maybe not all the time. Watermelon is a favorite in our house. It's juicy, sweet and the reddish pink color just makes it look scrumptious. I decided to bring Watermelon Salsa to our last picnic. It's surprisingly delicious.
